Kristin and Mitchell: Intercontinental Wedding
A beautiful wedding day stretching over two timezones & two states of QLD and NSW, while visiting Italy & France, all in one day!
A grand affair was the idea for Kristin and Mitchell and we had a grand plan for them too. We love it when we have a couple willing to do anything, all in the name of their Wedding Photos.
The day starts in QLD at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove with the guys, all in good spirits, but having a few tie dramas, as you do on your wedding day. Mitchell and the boys, come out on top and finally conquer, to complete their dashing look.
Kristin and the girls, were all smiles and laughter and a few tears when mum and dad come face to face with their beautiful daughter. Kristin’s gorgeous gown by Elizabeth De Varga exquisite Jewelry by Fletcher and Grace Shoes by Zu Shoes and the girls dresses by Chic Collections accessories at Myer Kristens gorgeous bouquets by Kyla from Divine Wedding Flowers and completing the look, Hair & Makeup artist, the amazing Donna Sullivan Lots of fun with the girls.
Keeping it in the family, the ceremony was officiated by Kristins auntie and celebrant Nicole Meakins at the Hyatt Chapel, followed by a beautiful dove release completing the formalities by Snow White Doves.
We head off to Italy and France with the bridal party… OK we’re dreaming… but the next best thing is photos along the way at Porto Bellago Emerald Lakes… We can pretend if we want to. 🙂 and that we did, with some gorgeous Wedding Photos with all the vivid colours of Europe, right in our own back yard.
Now we head to NSW and a different time zone (that always freaks me out) to the pristine beaches of the Casurina Coast. Three words… Blowing a gale!
But guess what, our amazing bridal party are still willing and risk been blown away into the ocean, thank goodness Donna secured those hair do’s.
Their efforts were rewarded, for they have the most beautiful shots in this area. The little lone pandanas tree is one of my personal favourites, with our super couple, wading through knee length grass and wind for us to get the Wedding Photos we wanted. Mwah xo
We set off to reception at Peppers Salt Resort and Spa to an amazing room themed by Dream Designers, photo booth by In The Booth, lollie buffet by Original Occasion and cake creation by Yenmart A memorable wedding for us, with a fabulous couple, awesome bridal party, guests and family.
Congratulations Kristin and Mitchell, a very long day and you never complained. We wish you all the happiness in the world xo
